The JOC is a former nuclear fuels reprocessing plant that has been converted into an all hazards training site. With much of the structures remaining complete, including control room, tanks, miles of pipes, etc., the JOC offers the most real world option for CBRNE training.

Disablement and characterizations of production scale facilities. Scenarios can be designed to fit SOP, SOW or TTP of an individual team or unit. Utilization of hardware and processes that make up biological, chemical and radiological production plants.

Real World Training Facilities to mimic small or large scale CBRNE production and operations.

The JOC offers training facilities allowing agencies the ability to exploit various possible hazardous chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or explosive incidents for the purpose of being able to plan and execute a proper response.

The Government Training Institute is a leader in Military and Law Enforcement training and the JOC is the premier Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosive, CBRNE WMD, training facility in North America.

The JOC is located on the East Coast in Barnwell, South Carolina halfway between New York and Miami.
