Risk Management / Training Program Development / METL Development
In today’s highly litigious world, law enforcement officers, trainers, administrators and policy makers need to have a well developed risk management program that is as effective in the courts as it is in the “real world.” Organizations both large and small need clearly defined and established goals and a blueprint showing the way to accomplish their mission, whatever it may be.
While most organizations have administrative S.O.P.s and training management programs, few agencies have a Mission Essential Task List METL) that works with both operational and administrative S.O.P.s, and comprehensive training management and professional development programs.
