INTRODUCTION TO TERRORISM
The Government Training Institute’s Introduction to Terrorism is an 8 hour lecture course designed for first responders and their supervisors, giving them an insight to the methodology, mindset, and tactics used by terror organizations around the world. The class is taught by GTI’s Senior Terrorism Instructor, Peter N Spagnolo, who brings his real world experience from counter terrorism operations in Kuwait, Kenya, Oman and the United Arab Emirates. During his active duty, Mr. Spagnolo has made an extensive study of terrorism as it relates to the Middle East and, more importantly, the root causes of the discontent among many Middle Easterners that lead to terrorist acts.
