FAST ROPE INSERTION COURSE (2 DAYS)

This course is designed to teach students to safely and effectively utilize fast rope insertion systems. Emphasis is placed on static tower training as well as rotary wing platforms if available. At the conclusion of this course students will have a working knowledge of fast rope operations, safety checks, and air frame rigging procedures. Additional training can be provided to key leaders for fast rope master duties.

• Static Tower Training
• Individual Fast Rope Techniques (Day and Night)
• Individual and Equipment Safety Checks
• Actions within Aircraft Procedures
• Aircrew and Air Mobility Briefing

Note: (Amount of training is largely based on aircraft availability and airtime. Additional one day of training can be provided to key leaders for fast rope master duties).
